"Can you please punish me?"

That's what Addie said to me this evening. I said, "what?" and she very seriously asked, "can you please punish me when we get home?" I had a feeling I knew what she was getting at, so I said, "Sure, when we get home you can be punished by having to stay in the dining room." She said, "No! My bedroom." Then I said, "Addie you can go to your room to read your Nook without being punished. You can read anytime you want to. The only thing is, when you I tell you you have to go to bed, you have to stop reading." She replied, "Oh ok." And that was it.
